Returns & Refunds Policy

We proudly comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, we may accept a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • is unused;
  • is in its original packaging;
  • is in a clean, resaleable condition; and
  • includes all original accessories.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

  • your order number;
  • a brief description of the issue; and
  • clear photos of the item and packaging (where applicable).

Where a claim is approved, we'll provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If it fails to meet consumer guarantees but is not a major failure, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.

Items We Can't Accept

For hygiene and pet safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, damaged after delivery or are no longer in a resaleable condition, unless the item is faulty or your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and our standard returns process will apply.
